The firm was formed in 1999 by its two founding Directors, Alain Cohen and Paul Samuel. Between them they bring over 50 years experience gained during careers in law, commerce and industry.

5 out of 5I was very unfairly dismissed by my employer after nearly four years working as an Auditor and despite excellence throughout. I had also given 100% attendance and contributed with some excellent ideas for their company; without even one award or thank you.Ashby Cohen and their excellent Senior Solicitor Henry Doswell (NOW WITH THOMAS MANSFIELD SOLICITORS) filed my case and I won a compromise settlement. Ashby Cohen were very diligent, professional and knowledgeable of Employment Law throughout and above all they made the right call about my exact honesty. They are very recommended and supported.
