Battersea Park is the site of our original boot camp! We’ve since expanded to offer highly effective fitness camps all over London.

Our classes meet three times per week and combine resistance, kickboxing, cardio and abdominal training for an amazing total body workout that has been recorded at burning over 700 calories in just 45 minutes.

There is a pay as you go option as well as a monthly membership for unlimited access for less than you would pay at a typical high street gym.

Our typical result for a 4 week boot camp is a drop in weight of 6 lbs. Plus a major increase in fitness and muscle tone and all the great feelings, thoughts and emotions that go along with that kind of progress!
