More about reviews...

We're pleased to encourage all of our visitors to add reviews to the listings on our website. It's really easy to do and only takes a couple of minutes. Simply go to the listing you wish to review and click on the review link. At this point simply follow the brief registration process (or login if you have previously registered) and you will be brought back to the same listing where you can add your review.

Once written, reviews will be moderated to ensure any abusive or malicious content is blocked and then posted onto the site. NB: other than the screening process just described we do not edit reviews in any way.

When reviews are posted onto City-Listings they are brought to the attention of the reviewed business/organisation, which is then invited to add a comment. In turn, comments will be brought to the attention of the reviewer.

In this way, consumers get their voices heard, businesses/organisations get valuable feedback and visitors get more information.

NB: Reviews must be based upon personal experience. It is illegal for a company, or any of its employees, to post false reviews purporting to be from customers. Because all reviews are moderated to screen inappropriate content there may be a short delay before they are displayed.
